Getting a Traceroute

Getting a traceroute will help us determine if you have a stable connection from your location to the server. Follow these directions to get a traceroute and send us the results.

1. Press the [Windows Key] on your keyboard.

2. Type cmd in the search bar and click "Ok". You should now see a black window with white letters.

3. Type in the following or copy the following line: (tracert firstassault.nexon.net) > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\Tracert.txt"

Note: Paste this into the cmd window (black box with white letters) by right-clicking and selecting "Paste." Do not use the Ctrl+V shortcut as it will not work.

A text file with the Tracert log will be created on your Desktop when it finishes. Please check that the command ran properly - if Tracert.txt contains a single line, it did not run properly. Attach Tracert.txt to your ticket.
