How to create a Nexon account and receive Email Verification

To create a Nexon account, please navigate to www.nexon.net and click the "Sign Up" button located in the upper right-hand corner. 

Once your account has been created, locate the verification email sent to the email address you provided to validate your account. 

If you're having issues receiving a verification email from us, please find instructions for altering your email settings below to troubleshoot.

Hotmail/Live

Check your Blocked Senders list:

  1. Click "Options" then "More Options" 
  2. Under "Preventing Junk Mail" select "Safe and Blocked Senders"
  3. Select "Blocked Senders" 
  4. If @nexon.net shows, up highlight and select "<< Remove from list"


Adding a Safe Sender:

  1. Click "Options" then "More Options" 
  2. Under "Preventing Junk Mail" select "Safe and Blocked Senders"
  3. Select "Safe Senders"
  4. Within the input field below, write in the following:
    @nexon.net
  5. Press "Add to List >>" to add it to your Safe Senders

Yahoo!

Blocked Addresses:

Look through your blocked addresses and make sure that the following is not present:
@nexon.net

Adding a Safe Sender:

  1. Log into your Yahoo! Mail account
  2. Click on "Sort by date"
  3. Select "More Settings"
  4. Select "Filters" and click "Add"
  5. Write Nexon in the "Filter Name" field
  6. Add @nexon in the "From" field, and make sure "contains" is selected

If you already have an email from Nexon that is in the Spam folder, you can mark it as "Not Spam" to whitelist it.

Gmail/Googlemail

Add us to your contact list:

  1. Select "Contacts" from the options on the left-hand side of your Inbox
  2. Select "Create Contact" 
  3. Enter @nexon.net in the primary email box
  4. Select "Save"

If you already have an email from Nexon that is in the Spam folder, you can mark it as "Not Spam" to whitelist it.

If you have not received any emails from Nexon after completing the troubleshooting steps listed above, and you've thoroughly checked your Junk/Spam folder, you still have a few more options available to you:

  1. Wait an hour and log into www.nexon.net, select the "resend" button to receive a new verification email.
  2. Submit a ticket - Have a Support Agent further investigate the issue by clicking on the homepage, then one of the game images and selecting "Submit A Request."
