Q: What is Trusted Device and how does it help me?
A: Using trusted device ensures the true owner will be able to access their account. Suspicious users will be required to verify through the account’s registered email address before being able to proceed.

 

Q: What can I do if I don't have access to my email address?
A: If you lost access to the account’s registered email address, you will need to contact Customer Support and go through the account verification process. 

 

Q: Can I opt out of using Trusted Device?
A: We want to do everything we can to ensure that your account and any NX balances contained within are only accessible by you. Enhancements such as Trusted Device have proven to be effective methods for maintaining the security of an online account, but those enhancements can only work if they’re “turned on”. For this reason, we are not offering our users the ability to opt out of the Trusted Device system at this time.

 

Q: Is there a limit to how many devices can Trusted?
A: Yes, there will be a limit on the number of devices which can be associated with your account. But don’t worry; we’ve done our homework! You shouldn’t have a problem accessing your account from the devices you have been using in the past, and you’ll be able to manage the Trusted Devices associated with your account from your Account Settings page.

 

Q: How do I de-authorize a Trusted Device?
A: To remove all trusted devices, please log in to your account on nexon.com and navigate to the Account Settings section located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
