Two-Factor Authentication is an additional layer of protection that you can enable for your account. If enabled, it would require that you input a login code from a secondary device before the account can be accessed.
To begin setup for Two-Factor Authentication, log into your Nexon account on the Nexon America website. Once logged in, navigate to the "Account Settings" page.
Locate the section for Two-Factor Authentication, and click "Enable" to view the next steps.
You will need to download the Authenticator App from the App Store, or from the Play Store. Download the Authenticator App from the store available on your device.
After installation, run the Authenticator App and choose to scan a QR code. Scan the QR code displayed on screen as it is unique for your account.
If you are unable to scan a QR Code, click on the text "Can't scan a QR code?" to review a 16-digit alphanumeric code to manually link the accounts.
When successful, your Authenticator App will begin displaying your Authenticator Code. Type the current Authenticator Code (6 digits with no spaces) back into your web browser to verify and link the Authenticator to your Nexon Account.
Once done, click "Enable" at the bottom of your screen and your Nexon account will be linked to your Authenticator.
