Occassionally, users will experience an issue with the Nexon Launcher where a game will not launch properly. In order for Nexon Player Support to easily diagnose the error and provide our users with the optimal solution, we may require them to obtain and then submit Nexon Launcher logs from their PCs.
Please see the following instruction on how to obtain and submit these logs to us when requested:
1. Locate the Nexon Launcher folder within the default installation location. Typically, this folder is found at the following file location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Nexon\Nexon Launcher.
2. Within this folder, select all Text Files ending in ".log", and save them together in a separate location. Please see below for an example of what Nexon Player Support will be looking for.
3. Attach all text files to your support ticket response and submit it to Nexon Player Support for review.
