Users seeking support after experiencing connection issues logging in through Steam will occasionally be asked to obtain and provide Steam Connector Logs to our technical support agents.
As such, please follow the instructions below in locating and obtaining these logs:
- Steam Connector Logs can be found in a given game's installation directory. Below are examples of file locations where these logs are located in a PC's D-drive.
- Please copy both files noted above and attach them to a ticket response in order to submit them to Nexon Player Support.
